School Coaching

Huge thanks to I-Lan for her coaching sessions with our students here at Maidenhill. The sessions were very valuable and positive for so many reasons including:

• Keeping the students focused.
• Raising their aspirations with revision and exams.
• Setting goals for students’ future pathways, e.g. transition to college, career choices, advice, etc.
• Giving the students the opportunity to be mentored in a more personal environment, enabling them to talk about their lives out of school and family life (which can create some constraints). 

I-Lan has always communicated well with us as a school and also with the students.
